Tom Sanders Joins FAP Turbo Expert Guide
I’m very happy to announce to full-time return of Tom Sanders to the FAP Turbo Expert Guide team!
Some of you may recall Tom Sanders was my co-author on the original FAP Turbo Expert Guide when it was first released over a year ago. Tom was instrumental in the initial success of the guide and I’m sure his contribution going forward will be quite significant … starting with the release of new settings! (Watch for these late next week)
Tom also has a degree in physics and has been developing trading systems for many years. In fact, Tom and I have worked together periodically since discovering our mutual interest in trading systems nearly a decade ago while working together in a physics lab.
In addition to Tom’s expertise in performance optimization, Tom’s work will be significant in improving our customer support. Currently our wonderful support staff, Kimberly and Amber, get swamped with over 200 emails a day and unfortunately about 70 of these are quite technical and need to be forwarded on to me.
As you can imagine, dealing with 70+ support emails a day, continuously test for better settings and keeping up to date with Forex industry, … well it’s a bit challenging, and that’s where Tom comes in.
Tom’s work on the team means significantly improved support, better turnaround time for new settings and last but not least, I’ll be able to finally catchup on some forex work I’ve gotten significantly behind on.
All in all you can expect a very different FAP Turbo Expert Guide going forward starting with new settings in about a weeks time!
