Brokers Matter with FAP Turbo; FXDD vs TradeViewForex
A big issue when trading any system is your choice of broker and this couldn’t be more true than with FAP Turbo, especially when using the Scalper mode which is very sensitive to the bid ask spread.
On march 6th I opened a couple new accounts at two different brokers so I could run side by side tests to illustrate the difference broker choice can have on the performance of FAP Turbo.
The screen shots only show the first day of trading for each of these brokers so they’re certainly not meant to be a long term test by any means, but they do illustrate the point I want to make and that is that running the same robot with the exact same settings with different brokers can have vastly different results and that the choice of broker really matters.
Both screen shots below show new accounts trading FAP Turbo in scalper mode and set to trade the EURGBP. Both robots have the exact same settings.
